THEFTS AND SHOPLIFTING LEAD POLICE WEEK

From Maplewood Police:

July 11, 2016; Theft from Auto; During the overnight hours change was taken from two unsecured vehicles parked on Woodside Rd.

July 12, 2016; Burglaries; Sometime during the previous few days two offices inside of a Millburn Ave office building were forcibly entered.  A computer and cash was removed from one of the offices.

July 13, 2016; Package Theft; During the daytime hours packages were removed from in front of a home on Meadowbrook Rd.

July 13, 2016; Motor Vehicle Theft;  During the overnight hours a vehicle left unsecured with a key fob inside of it was stolen from the driveway of a Headley Pl home.

July 15, 2016; Theft; Between 12 PM and 1 PM a wallet was stolen from the rear office of a business on Maplewood Ave.

July 15, 2016; Motor Vehicle Theft; At approximately 10 PM a resident was unloading groceries from their vehicle.  The vehicle that was left running was stolen.  It was later recovered in the NY.

July 16, 2016; Shoplifting; At approximately 11 AM a male shoplifted an unknown amount of body wash from CVS on Valley St.

July 17, 2016; Theft from Auto; Sometime between midnight and the following afternoon hours the window to a vehicle parked on Lindsley Ave was broken and cash removed.
