CHS ALUM OFFER EMOTIONAL PERFORMANCE ON POLICE ABUSE

As part of the Maplewood/South Orange Tuesday night event on race and police issues the five former Columbia High School students who organized it offered a great performance depicting the deaths of several African-Americans at the hands of police in recent years.

Those former students included CHS alum Felisha George, Emanuel Grant, Cory Hardy, Sydney Scruggs, and Alfonso Spottswood.

See that performance below:

Later in the event, George praised the work of South Orange and Maplewood Police during an impromptu protest march that was held last Thursday through both towns, saying police let the marchers walk freely and without restrictions.
