Dear Tuscan Families:
Many of you have contacted the PTA to
express displeasure with the quality and delivery of this year's school
pictures. We hear, and share, your frustrations.
We believe the best course of action is for
families with complaints and concerns to address those directly to the
vendor, LifeTouch. Our contact is Brian Hampton and he can be reached at albrianh@lifetouch.com.
Please note: Based on the many complaints,
we will be seeking a new school picture vendor next year. We need
volunteers from the Tuscan community to not only help us find that
vendor but also to run picture day itself. Help us make this a better
experience for everyone. Contact PTA President, Caitlin Bohlman, if you are interested in volunteering for this opportunity.
Again, we are very sorry for the disappointing experience with Lifetouch.
