ARMED ROBBERY LEADS POLICE WEEK

From Maplewood Police today:
 
August 11, 2015; Robbery; At approximately 11:30 PM a male walking on 44th St was approached by three males believed to be approximately 20 years old.  Two of the males displayed handguns while demanding the victim’s money.  They reportedly struck the victim in the head once before taking his wallet.  They then fled the scene on foot.  The victim reported he was not injured.

August 10, 2015; Burglary; During the morning hours, a home on Tuscan Rd was entered through an unsecured window and jewelry stolen.

August 10, 2015; Theft from Auto; At approximately 4:20 PM, a vehicle parked on Laurel Ave had it’s window smashed and a wallet stolen from it.
