The 7:30 p.m. event is sponsored by the Hilton Neighborhood Association and will include incumbent Jerry Ryan and challengers Nancy Adams and Greg Lembrich.
Ryan's seat is up for grabs along with incumbent Kathy Leventhal, who is not seeking re-election. Whoever wins the June 2 primary will face Republican Phyllis Scalera in the November general election.
