CHS FOOTBALL LOSES TOUGH ONE TO SETON HALL PREP, 35-6

Columbia High School Football lost a tough opener Friday Night against Seton Hall Prep at West Orange High School.

The Cougars held the Pirates to seven points in the first half, but took a tough pounding in the second half for a final 35-6 loss.

Columbia's only highlight was a fourth-quarter touchdown from Brandon Robinson to Jimmy Martinez.

Among the great crowd rooting CHS on was new principal Elizabeth Aaron and Township Committeeman Jerry Ryan.

The Cougars host their first home game next Friday against North Bergen at Underhill Sports Complex.
