JOB HUNTING HELP AT THE LIBRARY TODAY

Professionals in Transition - 10 a.m. - Noon

This presentation will expose the thinking of the hiring manager. It shows how the interview is necessarily more focused on the needs of the company and the hiring manager than on those of the candidate.

Attendees will learn about:
• How is the hiring manager checking out the candidate way beyond the résumé and interview?
• What values are important to the hiring manager?
• Ways of searching for answers to those questions as well as how to answer many common interview questions properly.
