CARJACKING IN BROAD DAYLIGHT - UPDATE

...Scanner indicates police responding to a carjacking at Chancellor and Springfield avenues near the Bank of America there....

 ...No details on vehicle, witness called it in...Police are cornering two suspects in the vehicle...

 UPDATE: Suspects stopped and questioned, but released.
