Snow Emergency
Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. has declared a snow emergency. Beginning Friday, February 8 at 2 p.m., no parking and tow away zone laws will be enforced on all county roads. This will help crews clear the streets of snow. As a safety precaution, park roadways and senior buildings will be closed at Friday, February 8th.
