Among them:
* The pool will open June 16, Father's Day weekend, as planned.
* The renovations that have increased membership fees by 30% were supposed to be completed by April 30, but are still being done and forcing the contractor to pay a penalty -- part of which is being use to fund pool parties that have been moved to the Maplewood Country Club.
* Four pool parties for elementary schools will be held at the Maplewood Country Club for a cost of $1,500 each, with $1,250 from the pool construction fee fund paid by the renovation contractor and $250 paid by each school PTA, the same cost they pay each year in the past.
* Adult swims will be reduced from five per day to two during the week and three during the weekends.
